Sounds pretty serious.

Did you recently try to flash your BIOS?

The read-only memory (ROM) containing the BIOS program is protected by a checksum value as a double-check that the ROM code is correct. This checksum is compared against the values in the ROM each time the PC is booted and if there is a mismatch, this code is generated.

It is possible that the BIOS ROM chip on the motherboard is faulty. It could also be another component on the motherboard.

If you have reset the CMOS memory you need to go into the BIOS setup screen and reconfigure the BIOS. To do that you need to press a key while the computer is booting. Usually F2 / Del but can be other keys. It should tell you on the bottom of the first screen which key to press to enter BIOS setup. If you don't know the settings the should be one for optimal defaults - use that one. You will also need to reset the time and date. Save, Exit and re-boot and everything should then work.

bios checksum can bomb out on the dumb stuff like the current date ect. look for a "press f1 to continue loading any way".if there is none, then try resetting bios via the jumper on board.

once it comes back, look at the bios correct in all pages.

if you are nervious about that, just remember to go slow and that there is always a confirmation to all changes so that you can quit at any time.

1) ram is gone.. replace it if under warranty or buy a new one

2) motherboard is gone.. replace it if under warranty or buy a new one

these r the only 2 possibilities which occur normally..

but i m damn sure that something is wrong with ya hardware configuration i mean something is not compatible.. if either of the above two cases are wrong...

try n find out
