Question:
I got super glue on my motherboard around my CPU socket and I also scratched the motherboard?

The CPU socket is an AMD socket A. http://www.chupond.com/PCI,SOJ,mProcessor%20Connectors/0705%20Socket%20A/Socket%20462.jpg

So a while ago I was removing my heat sink to clean it. I had to force it off (not good (also 3 years ago an IT technician broke the clip for it)) I ended up tearing off one of the 3 tabs from the heat sink. So wanted to super glue that middle tab back on to the socket, it worked the first time but then fell off. I ended up loosing that and I tried glueing little pieces of plastic to work as a makeshift tab, after about 30 furious tries I had built up some glue around the CPU socket below where the tab was supposed to be reattached. Then I thought I should get a heat sink with 3 clips so that I could use the other tabs. Before when I was trying to get rid of some glue from below the tab I scratched the motherboard there resulting in maybe a 2mm diameter scratch.

The PC turns on, but there is no display on the screen. That's the end problem.

Hi sorry to say it sounds like you have removed some of the circuit board tracks.

now i know this is going to come as bit of a shock but this might just be the end of this motherboard.

and from what you have said it sounds like it is time for an upgrade in the form of a new motherboard and processor and a new fan and some new memory.

sorry to be the wet blanket but the mother board is damaged at not generally repairable.

Great! Now you need a new motherboard and CPU to go with it.

By the way, acetone softens super glue. You may want to try that out.

Sounds like you may have fried your mainboard when you scratched it. Running all throughout the board are embedded wires and you may have damaged something.

I assume you already suspected that.

If the motherboard is scratched you can't use it any more so you may have to get a new one.

I think its time to treat yourself to a new motherboard bundle, although i admire your persistence
