Without going into a lot of detail:

Ya got an error in the .dll file (Dynamic Link Library)

It is required to run Windows Explorer. (ntdll - Network Dynamic Link Library).

All them other fancy numbers are memory and offset locations (nuttin' ta worry about).

You can:

Re-install Windows with the 'Repair' option or

Get the .dll file from Microsoft and 'stick it back in'.

or...

Get 'TechTracker' from Cnet.com, run it and let them install it for you or...

Get 'Driver Detective' (from someone else, (I forgot who) and let it install it for you.

or...

or...

or...

Don't bother with it, just don't use Windows Explorer.

The best way to try and get rid of this is to start the computer in recovery console mode use this link to help get you there, as I dont know what kind of system you have.

Then follow the steps in this link to run System File Checker. Again it varies if you have an install disk or recovery partition.

After that any system files that were corrupt will be fixed and you should be able to boot normally again.
