My PC keeps restarting. All my parts are new except for RAM and HDD. When I power up my computer it stays on for 5 seconds then keeps rebooting every 5 seconds. It never makes it to BIOS. Plus I dont get signal to my monitor.

My Specs:
Intel Core i7 2700k
MSi z77a-g45
16 gb of SpekTek RAM
1 Terrabyte of Storage
Nvidia GTX 560 Ti
Hyper 212+ CPU Cooler

Methods I've tried:
Taking out all RAM 1-by-1 in each slot.
Replacing PSU
Resetting CMOS

Suspects:
I just installed new z77 motherboard.
I just installed all components in new Phantom 410 case.
I just installed new CPU cooler.
My RAM is some weird Off-Brand.

Other then that I have no idea what could be causing this problem.
Please help!

First of all, dont blame yourself.

When it boots back up, press f2 and give it a few seconds to appear on screen.

Check the VGA OR HDMI are plugged in still.

When installing a new motherboard i hope you know all the things you will have to configure before restarting the PC???

Thanks

look up on the internet and make sure that the CPU is compatible with the motherboard

Also double check to see if your CPU heat sink is completely attached, intel processors will shut off if they overheat (they might also reboot sometimes, but i've never heard of that happening)

Check the motherboard... if it doesn't even make to BIOS, then it's most likely a motherboard failure.

Good day.

Hm, maybe you connect something wrong, maybe switch power-reset connector or something else. Check again if everything is connected properly. Also if comp is beeping something google

" beep codes", see what is wrong
