Why won't my Power supply come out?

I have an HPE-210y desktop. it's a mid-size tower and I took off the side panel (the one that's supposed to come out), and unscrewed all four screws that hold the Power supply to the back. It definitely wiggles but it won't come out no matter where I apply pressure. This is the power supply that came with the computer.

I suspect there's some kind of metal support tab, or rail, that the power supply rests on, when it's in there. So, even after you unscrew it, it's still wedged in pretty good.

What that should tell you is, you probably need to remove the top panel, to get access. I suspect the power supply lifts straight up out of the top.

I would remove the other side panel, and then the front bezel --in that order --before taking off the top panel.

I did locate a service guide for the HPE-210y.

It probably slides out on rails or has clip type things on the case so you may need to take more stuff out.

there is probably like a push tab that needs to be pushed down for the PSU to be fully released.
