I recently reformatted my hard drive and I got this choppy scrolling problem with my computer. Whether I'm using internet explorer or windows explorer to browse through my files, I get this type of scrolling that seems like the computer is running slow or something. I googled for solutions and a lot of people mention missing or out of date video drivers. I opened device manager and there was a yellow ? next to "other devices" and under it, there are "Multimedia Audio Controller" and "Video Controller(VGA Compatible)" with yellow ?! next to them. I downloaded CPU-Z to view my computer's info so I could find out what to download, update or whatever, and a lot of its info just came up. What do I do now?! I'm not an expert on computers.

yes the drivers are out of date but so is most programs with a fresh format so let windows update. go to start/ control panel on the left look for windows update. make sure you are using Internet Explorer or it won't work. The problem should fix itself after you have service pack 2
