Sounds like you need to reinstall the application you started, or at least reinstall that feature. For example, some of the features of Microsoft Word are optional, and you can install them separately. A second possibility is that you have a virus of some kind. A third but unlikely possibility is that the version of our OS is not compatible with the software.

I have a error message "component 'MSINET.OCX' not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid" in the start up.... from that i could not access my regedit.... applications "regsvr" and "winhelp" are running in the startup while they make my processor run...
