everytime i turn on my computer, an installer for DocumentViewer pops up and asks me to install it from a disc. Problem is i dont have a disc for it and when i try to cancel it, Microsoft .NET Framework appears and tells me an unhandled exception has occured in a component in your application. click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. so i click continue and it just reappears. now theres a details box that says See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Couple of things to try here.

1 Go to my computer and Add and remove programs and see if Document Viewer is in there. Then if it is install it to make sure

2. Go to start and in the Run box type:

msconfig

Then try and find an entry under start up relating to the Document viewer and if it is there disable it by clicking in the box to stop it loading on start up

3 Here is a link to my site.

http://www.freewebs.com/revollie/

On the main page click the link to the page CC leaner

This will give you instructions on how to install CC Leaner and how to use it. I would do both the clean and the registry scan and this will hopefully get rid of any problems causing the program to start.

If that does nothing visit use here and we will be able to provide you with more steps. I would also look on my site on the virus page about removal in general just in case.

Hope this helps you email me if you have any more problems or info i will be happy to help.

I get a similar problem, with that installer at the begining.

Just reinstall document viewer. You should have a CD for it, since that's the most common way to install it. Probably from the CD that you use to install an HP product.

or.. each time you start your computer, open task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and end this process: hpimzone.exe

Good luck.

Holy Cow! That's allot of jargon! If you have a certain level of control left over your pc, then you could stop that whole chain starting by Going to "stop Programs running at start-up" On your PC. If that doesn't work, Then seek Professional help!
