That's one of the most balanced (Nothing so good that it goes to waste, and nothing so bad that it negatively impacts anything else) builds I've seen here on Yahoo Answers.

The motherboard is MicroATX, which is on the small side, which will make it more cramped when you try to build your computer. I suggest you get something like this (ASUS P8Z77-V LK):

Newegg is currently selling that motherboard with a free 8GB stick of Corsair RAM, you can buy another of the same RAM to have 16GB in a dual channel setup:

That motherboard also had 3 PCIe slots which gives you more upgrade freedom in the future. It's of comparable quality, and has comparable features to the one you chose. It's significantly cheaper so it gives you a chance to upgrade your processor.

If you go with the cheaper motherboard, or if you have some budget left, I suggest you get an i7-3770:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116502

Not an i7-3770K:

The 3770 has more features (Intel SIPP, Intel vPRO, Intel VT-d [most important], and intel TXT). The 3770k is easier to overclock, but it does not overclock well, so it's a rip off by comparison.

You can save $15, by getting the regular i5-3570, it won't perform any differently for you The i5-3570k has better onboard graphics, but you won't be using the onboard graphics, so it won't matter.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I can't really give you tips to improve it, because I don't know what your using it for. By looking at the GTX 670, your probably gaming? Those are good specs. It's really your choice though, If you have extra money, then maybe you could get 16GB RAM and an i7, but that's just if you've got spare money (they're not really necessary). Other than that, your PC is really good for gaming, editing, browsing and whatnot.

go with the i5 3350p if your not overclocking, it costs like 30-40 dollars less than the i5 3570k but still offers great performance and also draws slightly less power, 69w max tdp for i5 3350p, 77w max tdp for i5 3570k, go with the asus p8z77m motherboard, cheaper but still good, and get the gskill sniper 8gb ddr1600 1.25v ram, this ram is supported by that motherboard and will work at its actual settings by default if the processor is kept stock too, instead of getting a 1tb mechanical hard drive which you dont need that much space really and also a samsung 830 ssd, just get one SSD for your main storage device and primary device for the computer, if you get both a ssd and mechanical drive, you will still have a noisy mechanical hard drive, i would rather get a ssd with a decent amount of space, preferably 256gb in my opinion is good for a few years if your downloading lots of stuff at a fast pace or all at once, dont waste your money on a 150 dollar computer case, go with the corsair carbide 200r, its a better choice, it will fit up to 300mm graphics cards with drive cage or longer ones without, and up to 160mm height coolers, which btw you should get one, the noctua nh-L12 is a good choice, for psu, 750w is good but the one you picked out is a little pricey and 750w isnt really needed, a good quality but cheap 650w psu would be better and could still handle really high end systems, the rosewill capstone 650w m is a good choice, and for gpu, i would rather get the gtx 660ti, i seem to found one for a lot cheaper on ebay, this card would be a better choice for 225 dollars, a lot cheaper than normal gtx 670's. make sure to use good thermal paste when putting it on your processor, the prolimatech pk3 1.5g is a good choice found on ebay for like 5 dollars, 21.5 inch led monitor with 1080p resolution is recommended, cheap but good wired keyboard and mouse, windows 7 64 bit operating systems, either home premium, pro, or ultimate.., and if you can, go with a wired internet connection. dont forget a cd rom if you dont have one, oh and for the computer case fans, keep them all at medium, good cooling but fairly quiet still, i dont know about the noctua fan if it even has a adjustment on it but even if its configured at high it should be still really quiet anyways here are links to most parts-
