Is this intel system better than the amd?

Question

intel system: i5 2500k porccesor
gigabyte ga p67a ud3p 1155 socket motherboard
4gb kingston value ram
daphire radeon hd 6850 graphics card
600w psu



Amd system: AMD Phenom II X4 955 - 3.2 GHz, 6 MB L3 Cache, AM3 socket - 125W - Black Edition
ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 - AM3 Socket - 870 Chipset - ATX motherboard.
Kingston value ram 4gb
saphire radeon hd 6790 graphics card.
600w psu
ONe of these two systems is going to be put into and old desktop of mine.I need to know which one is better/value for money/better for gaming.

If there is a better system that can be put together for less than 400 pounds then I would be grateful
if you could let me know how and where to get, I live in scotland so newegg is not a possibility.

Well... Intel is better then AMD at the quality... and Intel System lasts more then an AMD one... well... I would chose Intel, it costs a bit more but is much much better then the AMD.

i admire them the two Intel is definatly extra constructive yet fees far extra, im working the amd II X6 1090T and im very happy i beat my pals i7 960 on over clock. I additionally like amd because of the fact the hot bulldozer shape is superb!

The i5 2500K smokes Phenom II in everything, and the HD 6850 is considerably faster than the HD 6790.
