Intel Pentium - 4 CPU Gets OverHeated ? ... Or is it normal ? :(?

I'm using intel p-4 Cpu and it gets temprature of 60`C ...then ranging upto 80`C as i use my pc applications .... so i'm very much worried about this.... Can u help me that what's the problem or ?.... is it normal b'cause my pc isn't getting Any problem with it ! ... Help pls :(
