How do I convert a drive to NTFS under Vista?

I am logged on as an administrator. I want convert a 2TB USB drive to NTFS. I went to a command prompt used the CONVERT command with the correct syntax. The error message is:
Access is denied as you do not have sufficient privileges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode.

You forgot to right-click the Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator"

Don't bother doing it through command prompt. Just right-click it in explorer and select "Format..."
