I've tried to search it in the support.gateway.com but they don't carry one. But I do know that there is audio driver for this computer, I just want to know where I could get it.

Here is the link (it was on gateway.com) :

http://support.gateway.com/support/drivers/search.asp?ref=step&st=browse&platform=10021&model=11696&os=10406&type=10096

But the problem is that there are three drivers, so you go to download the three and try them one by one.

Go to DriverGuide and look for Realtek HD audio. You will have to look inside for the numbers off the sound chip. Just look for any that say realtek.

Good job Zo; I would believe its the first one.

D00805-001-001.exe - Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

Supports: Windows XP

Note: Version: 5.10.0.5345

What you do is type in the name of your sound chip into a search engine, add driver and search for it.

search it with google or go to the manufacturer's website and find the EXACT model and download the driver
