How do i remove black Borders Around my wallpaper?

Ok i have windows Xp Old version and recently there has been a border around my wallpaper and i have tried to strech it but it wont do. The black border is unclickable which mean it wont let me go touch the black border but only th center or in the wallpaper. Also, Everything is in the center and I need Help!

your monitor isn't adjusting to your display, try looking on your monitor and changing the settings on there, you can look for a auto adjust button but if you don't have that button then there should be play with the buttons, this should let you stretch your display to get rid of those two black borders.

It has to do with your monitor. If there are buttons on your monitor, use them (consult your manual if you need to) to adjust the image until it takes up the whole screen. Somehow your display has been adjusted to be smaller than the actual screen. I am certain it is this.
