well.. this isn't a very big problem

the thing u hav to do is that u have to get all input as well as out put devices of your computer configured ...

if you have the windows CD the insert it before your P.C. boots-up. The installation will automatically start and your P.C. will run normally as your older one...

Must be a monitor problem. Are you sure it is plugged in correctly? Is the power cord plugged in? Make sure you check those first. If everything is plugged in and turned on then I would suggest getting a new monitor cable. You can get one for about $15 at Wal-Mart or Circuit City. If that doesn't help then it's probably a problem with the video card in the PC and you should take it back or call the service number.

I had a similar problem and couldn't seem to rectify it. I then realised that my monitor was plugged into the onboard graphics and not the separate graphics card. Have a look on the back of your PC and see if there is another socket the same shape as the one your monitor is already plugged into, and try swapping it. Might just work.
