Double-click on your 'My Computer' icon (if you're running Microsoft Windows) and then right-click on your C: drive which is your hard drive, and go to 'properties'. You'll see a box with a picture of a pie-chart on it. The chart will tell you the total capacity of the drive. For example, my hard drive shows 18.9 GB used, 55.5 GB in free space, and so my total hard drive space is 74.5 GB.

maximum video games on PS3 require a no longer easypersistent installation earlier play. this would relatively consume up your reminiscence area. exceedingly by using fact that some installs can variety as much as 12GB(DC universe). that being stated, in case you intend on renting customarily, or no longer probably having a lot of a set, you could continuously delete installs to launch area, flow game saves to aflashpersistent, then delete them, use exterior HDD's. your concepts are extremely numerable. i'd say get the PS3 that has the concepts you're in seek of for. 60GB-performs PS2 video games. 80GB(4 usb)-performs PS2 video games those 2 are not from now on in manufacturing. gonna would desire to look 2d hand. the slims are interchangeable. all of them performthe same. that's purely an issue ofpersistent area. it is likewise important to evaluate PSN save downloads. I also have a ton, so a extensive HDD replaced into necessary. i think of i've got have been given approximately 20 downloaded video games from the PSstore, and that they might consume up area in a hurry to boot. so evaluate what you desire to do. and bear in mind additionally, you could improve the HDD in a PS3, at any time.it takes a 2.5" SATA, 5400rpmpersistent, as much as a million TB.

Go to 'My Computer'

Then find the main partition (harddrive), this would normally be called C: drive after that right click it and you should see how much space you started off with and how much you have remaining.
