Hello, I am Nitika from the Dell Social Media outreach team.

First shut down your pc & when you start your pc again keep on tapping F2 so that we can be on BIOS page & check if Hard drive is getting detected

Under the main tab check if Fixed HDD is detected or it shows none

If its detected Please follow the below mentioned steps to install windows 7 and please make sure you are done with the data back up .

1.Put Windows 7 DVD & turn off your pc

2.Turn your computer on then press F12 ,Go to Boot menu and choose Boot From CD/DVD then Windows 7 will be loading files.

3.Select these parts: Language to Install,Time and currency format, Keyboard or input method. Then click Next(ENGLISH US)

4.Choose Install Now

5.Click 'I accept the license terms' in 'Please read the license' then click Next.

6.Choose 'custom' in 'Which type of installation do you want'

7.Got to Drive Option & Delete your Old Partition

8.Choose Partition for installation, if your computer has only one hard disk, it will be easy for selection, but if it has some Partition, you will have to consider which Partition to choose

9.Got to Drive Option & Delete your Old Partition

10.Wait for Installing Windows to progress. Your computer might be restarted during the process.

If in case you do face any challenges in the process, please feel free to contact me directly by sending me an email or by through a reply to this blog.

Might be. You'll have to get a brand new drive and reinstall your OS and your whole programs. Then that you would be able to attempt to recuperate records from the historic force, if it is not completely lifeless, and you have got a way of connecting it. If it's not possible to access the ancient power as a rule, you are going to have got to get official help, as a way to fee you a reasonable bit. You will have to have kept a in general up to date backup of documents you do not want to lose on an external drive.

Your operating system should always be on C drive. If you have two drives with win7 (and they are both valid), remove the windows 7 from the D or E drive.

neither your lack of explanation or your negligence towards piracy is helping.
