Computer crash problem (Very advanced!)?

Alright, this is my second time asking this question but I am going to compile it all into 1 question

Me: Acer Aspire 1200, 4GB ram, 320GB Hdd

Sum up: My computer crashed during an update. It will NOT load windows 7.

Things I have tried and DID NOT WORK:
-F2 (I only see 2 option; "Windows 7" and "Memory diagnostic"
-F8 - Nothing works; Restore crashes, last known good config fails, repair does nothing, start normally fails
-Alt+F10 (tricky) - I see no options to select. It tells me "\Windows\system32\winload.exe" and THAT IS IT UNDER ALT+F10! I literally see nothing else on the screen

Crucial part: I am able to manage to get my desktop on and working normally. BUT, the second I restart it or turn it off and back on, I get the error described here. When I am on the "Edit boot options" menu, I am able to type (similar to the CMD) and NO MATTER WHAT I TYPE the computer starts up (literally). I can enter the letter "P" and it starts up.

I have: 3 recovery disks and 1 system disk. None of these boot up. When I place them in the computer (while the desktop is up) they just open up into useless files. When I put them in and restart the computer, they do NOT load up and i do not see the screen "press any key to start" etc...

I have 2 other posts with people helping me and they have tried very hard but have stopped helping.

I do not have the money to buy another computer and when I have my knowledge + the internet, there is no reason I shouldnt be able to fix this problem.

FYI: I am on my laptop writing this.

I AM CHECKING THIS THREAD EVERY FEW MINUTES!

I will add additional info if requested. Please help

Thanks!

Have you tried system restore. You said that the computer crashed during update. Mostly before installing update the computer make a restore point so as to undo the changes in case something happens. Try system restore, it might work.

Your computer may be crashing because of broken registry, broken system files or malfunctioning RAM.

- Remove any broken entries from your registry so as to fix the crashes. Download Reginout, a tool used to repair your registry and scan & remove broken entries.

- Another thing that you can try is repair the corrupted system files. If any system file is replaced, when you can restore its original version.

1. Click Start | Run.

2. Type "SFC /ScanNow".

3. Press ENTER.

- Change your RAM if the problem still persists.

Have you tried putting in the win 7 recovery disk that shouldve come with your computer, booting from the disk, formating the drive and using a fresh install? I had problem similar to this and all worked after that.

Since you have recovery disks, you might just wanna install another operating system, eg ubuntu, dual boot, and save the files you want to keep, reformat the disk using ubuntu, and then reinstall windows

Best thing to do is to reformat your computer and install a clean copy of windows 7 but its only your last resort. Try backing-up your files before reformat.
