By mini PC I mean like the Mac mini. It doesn't come with the screen or anything and is tiny (just if you didn't know.)
I want a mini PC for just casual web browsing mostly. I'm getting about 150 dollars soon and want to stay within that budget.
What mini PCs would fit that budget? Thanks!

the best in this size & price range might be the HP Chromebox CB1-014 Desktop. its size is similar to the Mac mini or even a bit smaller.

be aware that it doesn't come with a Microsoft Windows OS but with Google Chrome OS. the storage capacity is very little (16GB SSD), but to enlarge that capacity you can connect an external hard drive with USB 2.0/3.0 interface (3.5" HDD with its own power supply as the provided psu of this PC is extremely weak, sufficient only for the PC alone).
