i3 3220
Radeon HD 7770 OC 1GB
4 GB RAM (10666-1333)
B75 Chipset
500 GB HDD 7.2 K RPM
500 Watt PSU
Plus other stuff
It will cost me $550.

But I got the 4 GB RAM cause I want to run XP, I got the expensive RAM to compensate. The thing is should I go for the GTX 650 Ti OC 1GB. Or is the extra $40 not going to matter too much.

I play classic world of warcraft and catalysm, source engine games, school work, i will raid in wow and do some software development (visual studio, and maybe one Virtual Machine) - otherwise I will dual boot.

I wou recommend an H77 chipset. They are more relable and better for gamng. B75 is more for enterprise. Get dual chanel 8GB if you can. Virtual machines use lots of RAM and so does visual studio and debugging you own coded software.

You should be fine, your PSU is going to be a little lacking with that GPU, but overall should be fine.
