The most important upgrade is the graphics card, but you may need to upgrade the power supply as well.

I think a $200 ~ $300 card is all you current system can probably support considering the power requirements of much higher end cards.

Make sure your power supply is AT LEAST 500 Watts or to put it another way, make sure that there is at least 250 watts for everything else before adding into the additional graphics card power requirements.

Depending on the graphics card requirements you will need to see if you will make it. But more than likely you will need to upgrade the power supply too to be sure.

Otherwise you will experience brown-outs and programs locking and freezing when you don't want them to most in the middle of the game (and you haven't saved it !!).

First I would get the RAM slots filled up with 2 more 2GB cards, and I see that you didn't list (or i missed) your Graphics card, which either means you don't have one (integrated) or you forgot to list it. If its integrated, then that is the number one priority, get a good graphics card that your motherboard, cooling system, and power can support. And if you have a decent graphics card and forgot to list it, then try to see if your motherboard can support the AMD Phenom II X6 Processor its 6 Core and around $150-$200 so its pretty cheap for a processor, and especially 6 core.

The temperatures don't seem to be that unhealthy, as laptops are mostly made to resist temperatures in way over ninety* C That being stated, you undoubtedly don't seem to be going to be in a position to improve the processor and absolutely no longer the video card. You're bigger off getting one other laptop.

the key of a good gaming computer is to have an excellent graphics card or video card.
