Which computer is better? They're around the same price, but i'm going to be using it for gaming.
The games I'll be using it for are Minecraft, CSS, Slender, Portal 2, Half Life.

The first one is better, but neither are good gaming computers. Both are terrible values for the money- they have weak graphics cards which completely bottleneck the overly expensive Core i7 processors.

For example... this is much better in games, and costs less:

Of course it doesn't come with a monitor, but that's only about $100-$150.

Even this unit direct from Dell is a better deal. With the lowest-end graphics option it's just as good as the HP for gaming. With the middle option (GeForce GT 640) it's significantly better and with the top option it's over twice as fast!

For gaming, Core i5 offer the best performance/dollar, not Core i7. You don't benefit from an i7 unless you're doing heavy-duty video editing or rendering/design work in programs like AutoCad. For the games you've mentioned ven a Core i3 is enough to run them maxed- but the MOST important component for any gaming computer is the graphics card.

the top one has better benchmarks for video and more VRAM., plus, it has beats audio, which is what everybody seems to want these days.

the bilingual pc's only redeeming features are the processor, monitor, and that it's bilingual.
