Low Height CPU Coolers:

Thermaltake ISGC-400 (P/N: CLP0540)

Thermaltake ISGC-100 (P/N: CLP0537)

Thermaltake MeOrb (P/N: CLP0527)

Thermaltake SlimX3 (P/N: CLP0534)

--------------------------------------------------------------

Mid Height CPU Coolers:

Thermaltake SpinQ (P/N: CL-P0466)

Thermaltake V1 (P/N: CL-P0401)

Thermaltake V1 AX (P/N: CL-P0508)

Thermaltake SpinQ VT (P/N: CLP0554) <-- This might be too tall, check the dimensions of the case

Thermaltake Jing (P/N: CLP0574) <-- This might be too tall, check the dimensions of the case

I suggest you the SpinQ and for convenience I suggest you search the cooler by their P/N it will be easier this way as many retailers provide the P/N in the search.

Hi it's me again, I suggested the Hyper 212 Evo.

The Scythe Shuriken is a really small cooler. Here are it's dimensions Length 105 x Width 116 x Height 64mm, as opposed to the Intel stock coolers L90 X H90 X W60mm, so it's only 2cm at it's max bigger.

I use the Scythe Big Shuriken version of this in my computer that is turned on all the time, and it's perfect for the job. I'd expect the non "big" model to be nearly as good, and at the price it is (Around £25) it's just as cheap as a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo. My Big Shuriken is completely silent and is literally inaudiable even if my head was right next to it, it's amazingly quiet. My computer runs perfectly cool with it, on Prime 95 It says at 62 max at 22 ambient at 100% on all cores (on a 2500k @ 4ghz) which is pretty amazing considering the price.

I'd certainly still go with aftermarket, the stock is pretty nasty but does it's job just about, but really anything is a large cut above and because it only cost £20 it's certainly worth it.

Just one last thing, have you ordered thermal paste? It will certainly be needed for the Aftermarket heatsinks. I'd suggest Arctic Silver 5, it's been around for a while, won all the awards and is still top dog in the Thermal paste world.

A cheap one comes pre applied on the stock one, but there will be none pre-applied on the Aftermarket, and it is unnecessary for your computer not to overheat instantly and break.

You may already know this. apologies if you do, I just don't want to accidently make you buy something and then have to wait to use it because you are waiting for another part.
