I would lose the Hexacore cpu and replace it with a Quad core,Hexacores offer little to no advantage when it comes to gaming.

Why a mini itx motherboard in a ATX case?

Why go a motherboard that can only support AM3 cpu's when you can get a AM3+ motherboard with 900 series chipset that is backwards compatible with AM3 cpu's and will be fully compatible with future AM3+ FX series cpu's,which I might add are said to be released on October 12th

In regards to psu,Minimum 500 watt brand name 80+ certified

i have few suggestions for you..

* drop that 6 core cpu and get a phenom II X4, with that quad core you will have more L3 chache per core and more headroom for overclocking..

*invest your saved money in 9xx series motherboard with AM3+ socket, so that you can upgrade to future bulldozer chips easily.

* get a ram with 1600MHz to get full advantage of phenom cpu.

* check reviews of your gpu again, generally AMD/ATI radeons provide better value.. I hope you can save on that too.. Good luck :)

Get a motherboard without on board video. Get some other bells and whistles that way...
