Phenom II X6 center 1090T 3.2GHZ - finished waste of money... No courses will ever utilise all those cores. Adobe Photoshop or After effects basically makes use of four threads at a time. Asus 890GX - staggering selection for a motherboard I could desire to assert! ATI 5850 1GB - waste of money thinking that's cost and how that's such as the 6850 it is approximately 0.5 that's cost... 8GB 2000MHZ - above familiar quantity of memory and the cost is only too plenty. till your rendering or multitasking appreciably, that's not mandatory. like all different answer, 1333MHZ or 1600MHZ will do. a million.5TB RAID 0 (2x750GB Wdigital Black sequence) plus a 1TB documents tension entire 2.5TB - difficult Drives - LOL that became a protracted call... Yea, a million.5TB would be familiar quickly using scale of courses and data presently. RAID 0 is a super no, no from my adventure. If a type of drives fail on you, you lose each and every thing. RAID 0 won't be RAID the two. there is not any redundency. It places 0.5 of the information on the two drives. If one tension fails, basically one tension has 0.5 of the information... Sorry, i don't likely be attentive to what you advise by skill of documents tension... yet i assume an extra difficult tension can are available neccessary as quickly as one among your drives fail. i'm JK 24 x DVD/RW Burner - in case you may spend this plenty money by skill of now, pass purchase a blue ray tension. 850 Watt CM professional SLI/Crossfire - make constructive that's eighty+ qualified Win7 - in case you get 32bit, then you definately waste 5.75GB of RAM cost = $2149... - i could extremely spend my money on a 5* holiday to Hawaii extremely than have this computing gadget. besides the undeniable fact that that's as much as you, in case you be attentive to what i'm saying...

It would be good, only thing its missing is an audio card. This machine is a bit overkill, 24GB of RAM will never be needed for anything you do on your machine unless it wil be used as a server. By the specs you have chosen, im assuming this is a gaming machine. Dump 1 of the graphics cards, you dont need 3. Get 1 256GB SSD, not 4 little ones. its more expensive if you do that.

Its also missing an OS, ubuntu is the best PC os at the moment.

are you building it? or just buying it?

$3k...idk why you would need all of that, but I guess it's not too bad, can prob save a few bucks with custom build tho
