The first one is better; CPU- Core 2 Quad processor, Hard drives is 750 GB ....

If the price is almost the same get the first one !

DEF the ZT, more options to upgrade, you get a better motherboard, you get better RAM sticks. The brand isn't everything. both are really bad for games, but the ZT should do better than the media accelerator.
