I've got 4 hard drives; WD 60g IDE, WD120g IDE, WD 250g SATA and Maxtor 250g SATA. I had windows installed on the 60g IDE for sometime now as this was my first drive.
Well, I recently reformatted and decided to deep six the 60g and install windows on the 120g (also IDE).
My problem is that now my Maxtor 250g doesn't show up in "My Computer". It shows up in my device manager and appears to be working fine from there but I cannot access it.
I've tried setting it to slave but it shouldn't matter as my previous config was working fine. Something else is wrong and i'm guessing it was the RAID drivers but i've reinstalled them and still no luck.

HELP!!!!

If it's formatted, chances are its in Computer Management(R-Click My Computer -> Manage -> (on the left is the console tree) click Disk Management and see if it is there if it is, then alllocate some space to it so you can use it a reboot cant hurt, either. Check ANY connections that may be associated with this issue and try that slave configuration (in RAID0, 1, 0+1, 5, etc.) try that and also, your psu. (can't hurt cause of all of the HDDs you got in that rig.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management > have a look if your maxtor is listed etc. and if it is maybe it has a drive letter conflict.
