My computer is stuck in safe mode Windows XP?

My Moms Windows XP professional computer is stuck in safe mode and when I tried to press F8 and start windows normally it still logs into safe mode. My moms computer illiterate and Ive tried with no luck and would really appreciate some advice.

It's a bit technical and you'll need a copy of the Windows CD to fix the boot.ini.

Unplugged from the back & try o turn it back on
