You appear to be listing the specifications of an older motherboard, like an Asus M2N-E SLI. It's almost four years old. If the components installed on the motherboard are also four years old, then it's probably not very fast.

The motherboard specifications by themselves do not tell you anything about performance. The other information you need to include is what CPU is installed, how much RAM, and what video card.

Most likely, if you wanted to upgrade a computer that uses the above motherboard to run current games well, you would need to install a newer CPU, a newer video card, and probably a better power supply to support the video card. (Post the exact model number and PCB revision of the motherboard, if you want somebody to help you look up which newer CPUs it might support.)

The Athlon 64 processor is good for gaming. You have adequate memory with 8GB. The video card also seems adequate. Try to find out what the actual processor speed is (in gigahertz). Anything above 2 or 2.5 GHz is okay. I don't see anything about the sound card - you may want to see what kind of sound capability this unit has, or check into a PCI sound card.
