I've been having problems with HP's Tech support I have a bad printer yet they refuse to replace it. Does HP have an 800# for tech support in the US?

Oh my, I went through it w/ HP for 4 months, two identical printers, both defective. I received bad advice on line and worse advice by phone. After one lengthy session w/ their tech support, they advised me to remove all my USB devices! Needless to say, the next tech I consulted insisted that was bad advice. There was no continuity between calls and the case number they assigned me did me no good. In short, after pulling the Better Business Bureau trump card and my bar membership, they took back the second printer and refunded me my money. They told me that they NEVER do that (yeah, right). Anyway, I got their tech support number directly from their website, for what it's worth.

a working laptop or workstation randomly freezing isn't some thing meaning the workstation is unsuitable. Unfortunetly the link you presented isn't working, so i'm no longer able to learn your specs... If something, because of the fact the CPU had to get replaced, the workstation is maximum probable being under pressure out by utilising all the procedures/applciations engaged on the workstation. attempt going into MSCONFIG and disable some unused Startups and centers. If the situation nonetheless occures, then you definately can attempt reloading the OS. If that would not artwork, then i might exceedingly recommend getting HP to change the workstation or get your a reimbursement. for my area HP makes low high quality products...

If it's out of warranty buy a new printer. Almost all Inkjet printers made nowadays are considered disposable. This me to the answer of your question: They won't be much help if it's out of warranty because there's not a whole lot they can do. I have found them to be both helpful and non helpful.
Their US number is:
800-HP-invent
or
800-474-6836

HP Tech support absolutely SUCKS....I tried to get my laptop repaired after it was damaged and you can't even understand what the people from INDIA are bloody saying...And yes if it is under warranty, any support therein is free, if it its out of warranty, tough luck, buy a new all in one with those new 2.5 LCD displays on them.
NOT FORM HP though

You shouldn't expect a replacement printer unless it's brand spanking new. That's asking too much. I have found Hp to be very helpful with legitimate problems.

1-800-474-6836. I believe your product needs to be on warranty if you want your question answered for free. Not entirely sure though.
