The more expensive one is better(like "Spandan" said you could change you CPU to a 3rd generation)...the cheaper system is good too, considering you want to save money OR don't have a big budget.

As for Ram i would pick Kingston HyperX Beast because that's what i have and they are more for the Intel...I have them on AMD platform and they are great...they also have OC profile in bios with their own CAS and setting

MB = Asus Crosshair 5 Formula-Z

CPU = AMD Fx-8350

GPU = Asus GTX 760 2gb

RAM = Kingston HyperX Beast 16Gb(2x8) @2133 Kit Model: KHX21C11T3K2/16X

Second one is better. But you have to change your processor. How about a 3rd generation intel core i5. It will be just perfect. And the Ram which you have chosen to go with that is corsair vengeance is a good ram but you can also take a look at Gskill Ripjaws, Ares or Sniper.And Kingston Hyper X Beast and Adata XPG ram are also good. But I personally recommend to go with Kingston Hyper X Beast.
