help finding a mother board?

hello,
Im currently trying to make my new computer..... but im have a hard time finding a mother board...

most i got for the motherboard is around 150$

i need one with
3 PCI slots
PCI Express Slot
HD Realtek Sound Card (or some kind of sound card)
Up to 4g ram (ddr2) 4 slots IF POSSIBLE
Compatible with all intel sockets (or most of them) i like to upgrade...
Compatible with SATA hard drive
4 USB 2.0 Ports…microphone, headphone
ATX for power supply

if u have any suggestions that would help me out greatly...

i trying to build a computer that can at least run cod 6,,,, ahahhah

I'm using the Asus P5Q, it's $120 when I got it



has 3 PCI slots and 2 PCI-E x1 slots

has 1 PCI-E X15 2.0

has some sort of realtek sound sound card

i think it holds up to 16 GB :D

only LGA775(It's not possible to have more than one socket type on an intel based board)

has 6 Sata slots

has 6 USB on back and 4 for the front panel

uses 24 ATX power connector (but I had it working with a 20 pin PSU, just don't expect the PCI-E X16 slot to work)
