1. Everythings compatible

2. That video card is great, and leaves an upgrade path later on, always go strong single card.

3. For gaming you won't see any performance increase going with the 2600k instead of the 2500k, keep 2500k

4. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_equipment_manufacturer , you are buying an oem cpu

5. Get the spinpoint f3 1tb hdd, it's cheaper and better, integrated sound more than suffices.

6. Microcenter is the best place for that, check if there's one in your location , http://www.microcenter.com/

7. Power Supply is fine for one gtx 580, if you want to SLI it eventually I recommend at least an 850w , http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152043

8. The drive is fine, OEM just means manufactures products or components that are purchased by a company and retailed under that purchasing company's brand name.

9. I wouldn't estimate, just take as much time as you need, just make sure you're grounded(de statified)

10. Everything will fit in the case fine

Suggestions: You have a highly overclockable processor but no aftermarket cooling. Just get a cheap hyper 212+ and you can achieve 4.5ghz + overclocks with great temps

I am not very sure about the compatibility but I will check! You may need to change your motherboard but it's an XTREAM COMBINATION CAN I USE IT?

OK!

first off let me help you and your wallet out a **** ton!!

save yourself about $200. and buy all that same stuff at newegg.com

dont waste your money at the 3rd best online retailer.. stick with the 1st..

its newegg.com.. if newegg doesent have something, check tigerdirect,

FRYs doesent lower their prices when something starts to get old as rapidly as newegg does,

so you are paying what the items costed about a 4 months or more ago.

and if you subscribe to newegg.com newsletter, they have daily specials and weekly sales which you can use to save yourself alot more money.

right now a gtx 580 is $30 cheaper @ newegg.com right now.

motherboard is $20 cheaper too..

both items have free shipping... idk what FRY's charges for shipping on your items.

now that im done pestering your online retailer of choice.

let me mention, you shoudent bother with crossfire, its a waste of electricity and money,

one card that is worth the combined value of two lower end cards always beats the two lower end cards in performance, and also power requirements.

i would get a better case, all your high end equipment is going to make a decient amount of heat and its probably better to have that stuff spread out, get a full tower case, instead of a mid.

dont bother with cooler master powersupplys.. i have yet to see one that lasts more than 2 years..

stick with corsair or seasonic. if you want to read my rant about powersupplys look here, https://answersrip.com/question/index?qid=20110704221542AAk08vF

if you really want your rig to rock, get a i7.

but i feel like i should mention..

ddr3 and the intel i7 isnt really super new,, they have been around for alittle while..

it probably wont be long before you start seeing ddr4 and a new processor...

i personally would hold off for alittle while.

buy the stuff you need and can reuse later,,

case, powersupply, hardrive, mouse, keyboard, monitor, soundcard, games,

than once something new comes out, shoot as high as your wallet can go, and get more bang for your buck. expect the prices of the hardware you selected to drop alot when the newer series comes out.

also ditch the segate, get a WesternDigital they seem to last longer.

also dont forget the operating system.. you didnt have one mentioned in your purchase.

sorry, i dont mean to sound like a dick.. just trying to help out.
