Looks good except that power supply is overkill!!!!!!

You don't need 1000W to run that. 550W is enough however I recommend you to go for a 650W so you have a bit of headroom for future upgrades.

You can save some money and go for a core i7 3770k and put the remaining money into a better graphics card. Something like a 770 or even a 780

That's one epic build, be prepare to run things on very high settings.

Notes - Get a i5 k CPU and a BEAST GPU instead of the 650 ti boost it is a weak GPU for an amazing rig like yours.

Also get a 750W power supply, it seems like you are a serious guy, and you may want in the future to expend your gaming horizons by adding another GPU for SLI. 750W will be enough it should do the trick.

If it's huge, it will cause your computer to run marginally (almost unnoticeable) slower, after you defragment your hard drive. Also, if it takes up so much space on your hard drive that your partition nears capacity, your computer may run slower. Finally, if it has excessive registry entries or requires processes that launch on startup that were not in place prior to the game's installation, your computer will run more slowly.

looking onto ur specs i must say that u r having a very very good budget. and this is a perfect gaming pc.

i had also upgraded my computer last month. its specs are 70 % similar to that of yours.

i m having an i7-3930k sandy bridge, 8gb (4 x 2gb) ram, a gigabyte motherboard and ZOTAC NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 570 graphic card.

i m very much fond of gaming and nearly play every pc game on max settings. and i m very happy with my new pc.

and i think u also must install nvidia gtx 570 instead of gtx 650 ti 2gb boost. bcoz this card (gtx 570) is having a 320 bit wide memory interface which can run nearly every game on 1080p resolution very smoothly and easily without an i7 processor. beleive me this is a beast gaming graphic card for all modern games like gta 5, call of duty black ops2, battlefield series, assassins creed series and many more.

believe me i m using this card and that is the reason i have written all this.

and a combination of this card and i7 and 8gb of ram will make ur computer a super gaming pc.

u can refer to the following link to see the differences.

for nvidia gtx 570 : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-570/specifications

for gtx 650 ti : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650ti/specifications

if u can buy geforce gtx 690, then buy that. but its very very costly. (around indian rs. 70000)

Sounds like a good build to me :)

For a gaming computer, you really don't need any more than 8gbs of RAM so if you want to save some money you could reduce that. But to get dual channel it's better to have 2 8gb cards or 2 4gb cards. apart from that it's really high spec and the parts seem compatible (please don't take my word for it though before you spend a fortune, consult an expert ;)

Good luck!

You're spending cash on all areas but not the gpu. I don't know your budget but you can do better for the money. You should invest the most in the gpu.
