Looking for a new Desktop PC any suggestions?

Ok so guild wars 2 is coming out and I need a new PC if I want to be able to run it. Im looking for a desktop PC with or without a monitor that is cheap (around 200-400 at the most u.s dollars) I was thinking about an HP or Dell but it doesnt have to be that. I have some preferences at least 4gb of ram at least 250gb of space 500 would be prefereable and a 20 inch screen if it comes with a monitor. And then a graphics card that can support guild wars 2 obviously.

In that price range you'll have to buy your own graphics card separately, unless you purchase a computer based upon AMD's A-series processors. The built-in APU on those computers is equivalent to an entry-level graphics card.

I am not sure what the requirements for Guild Wars 2 will be, but the HP P6-2100 is an option for you.I run League of Legends and Diablo 3 on it wonderfully, and it is priced at right around $400. However, understand for this price range, you are very limited on what is available.
