Hello Everyone m bit confused that buying a ATi HD 5770,HD 5750 or
Nvidia's 9800 gt and 9800 GTX,260 GTX is Good for future so i don't have to look for maybe next 2-3 years.
I have got positive review about ATI over Nvidia for directX 11 (m using win 7).
and if i have to buy a HD 5770,HD 5750; can i us dual of this card (Like in Future Gaming will need more Power) as Nvidia Gives SLI,CUDA and PhysX.
And would i get features like nvidia in ATI ?????
And please suggest me some good cards(i know this r best but still any is left).
My Budget is Rs.8000 and may be some extra.
THANKS EVERYONE IN ADVANCED.

NVIDIA 9800GT nd 9800GTX are already outdated. GTX 260 doesn't have DirectX 11. So they are out of question. All three consume heavy power, and have high running temperature.

My recommendation is to go for Radeon 5750 or 5770 1GB GDDR5, whichever fits your budget. Both the cards can play games on 1920x1080 on maximum graphics settings. And they would easily be able to do so for the next 3-4 years.

NVIDIA has SLI, ATi has crossfire for dual cards.

NVIDIA has CUDA and Physx which are quite useless. ATi has eyefinity, for multiple monitor gaming.

If you want NVIDIA, then you can get GTS 450 which has DirectX 11. Its price is same as Radeon 5770, buts its performance is same as 5750.

with graphics cards you can set yourself up for the next 6 - 12 months but technology in terms of graphics cards is advancing so quickly its hard to go longer than that

if your happy to be playing games on low graphics in 3 years then look at a ati 6870 hd or 5870 hd

if you want to simply max out now and are happy to upgrade when directx12 cards come out in 12 - 18months then grab a gtx 460 or a 6850 hd
