Using a registry cleaner can clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some regsitry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".

Everytime you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Regisry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically! It even can speed up your computer by 300% or more!

There are some comparison and review of TOP 5 registry cleaners.

Hi

You dont say what your machine specs are but @ 2 years old its hadrly an antique and Id speculate that you could probably get a good improvement in speed by doing some minor upgrades (ram &/or cpu). If you have less than 2 gig of ram then this might be worth looking at. also anything less than a 1.5ghz cpu may be a bit behind the 8 ball. The advantage with this is that you are able to keep all you existing settings/programs/files.

You may also be surprised what impact a simple reformat/reinstall may have on your machines performance. (Windows is notorious or getting slower with age on any single install). You would have to back up everything but you would need to do this to transfer to a new pc anyway. + you would want to reformat before selling your machine so that there's no risk of people accessing your private information from the hd. So this may be a wise starting point before you shell out for wither an upgrade or a new pc.

Thats my 5c worth. whatever you decide I hope it all goes well for you.

Look in the local ads for a computer tech that will come to you.

I do computer repairs on the side...and I have had clients with the same issues (although with 4+ year old PC's). Adding memory is usually the best course of action, along with cleaning up any garbage on the hard drive, and deleting running programs and services that aren't needed. Including parts and labor, and depending on any other issues, you should be able to get your PC up and running for under $100.

Don't do it yourself if you aren't a computer person, and if you take it to a big box store for repair, you will easily pay twice or three times what I mentioned above.

two years old is not that old. you need help to clean the junk that's stopping it from processing faster Too many programs running ...eating ram.

Download a very small tool (59k). Startup cpl.

After you download it...it will be in your control panel.

Click on it and you can tell your computer which

programs to start and not to start whenever you boot.

After you do this restart your computer and see if

that helps you. Also Double click on my computer...right click on local c...then

properties. There you will see how much disk space you have left.

Just below the pie to the right...disk cleanup. select

one of the entries with most bytes. and select

ok. go back and do another. If you try to do too much at

once it might take 15 minutes...so do one at a time.

Without knowing the processor you have, your memory hard drive and what you have running in the background, there isn't much to compare it to. If you are going to change computers every two years, you are generally better trying to determine up front what your real needs are and getting the best system to suit your needs. But if it's too slow, you also might want to look into the speed of your internet coming in.

I vote for a cleanup and tuneup for your existing machine.

First open the 'my computer' icon and for each drive in your system, right-click the icon and run the 'disk cleanup' routine. This will flush out lots of accumulated junk. You might also run the disk-defrag routine to reduce fragmentation of your disk. Download a tool like CCleaner and run it to additionally clean up your system. Add some memory and you'll have breathed new life into your old machine. Good Luck!

That relies upon. 5 years is previous for any laptop, yet when it changed into doing each and every thing you mandatory then there is extremely no favor to improve. you ought to be able to position in the unique OS effortlessly. there is also the alternative of loading Linux which has a tendency to run better on previous hardware compared to abode windows, and that's one hundred% loose.
