is your computer overclocked at all?
try resettimg your cmos on your computer and see if it will let you boot to the os after that.
try removing the battery for a few minutes and then unplugging ur power cord for a minute or so and then reinstal your battery back on and plug your power cord. hopefully this will let you start with no issues.
other then that it might be a virus, ur hard drive might be corrupter or just system is just over heating and keeps crashing.

Let it restart in safe mode, then when it is totally done booting up shut it down properly so it is OFF.
Then, start it up again, that is called a COLD BOOT.
That should fix it. If not what did you do before this started.
Always use the start button to shut down the computer!!!
If it is not working properly then reinstall windows to the same directory and it will be OK.

you may have a bit of an infection, scan with malwarebytes and antivirus in safe mode, or tyr a repair on the operating system, that is boot from the cd, 3rd screen after f8 "I agree" hit the R for repair, sit back make a cuppa and wit to adjust clock and put in key, the you may have to dwnload all the updates n hotfixes again, if you go custom you can pick the important ones out and leve the optoional till alater time so you don't go over your monthly download limit?

Usually an indication that you have an error on the HDD where some data has been corrupted.
You may have to run the restore/recovery program and re-install the OS

That happened to me once.
I could recommend opening your computers bios and refreshing the startup-sequence. Other then that keep trying or completely wipe (install a new OS) on your computer. Maybe hold f5 once you start it up?
