I am not an expert but if your machine motherboard can handle SATA 3 then I would go for the western digital blue (number 5) There is a review here but as far as I know the theoretical transfer rate is 2x faster than the others

Of the choices you have given I would go with either the SeaGate or Hitachi in that order. I do not recommend Western Digital as I have seen too many failures in them in recent years.
