ATI Radeon 9250 / 256MB DDR / PCI / VGA / Composite / TV Out / Video Card for the video card i would say that would do good and as for the memory you should be able to mix sticks but i wouldn't i would get 2 512mb sticks of pc3200 and put in it your machine will take up to 1gb chips and takes pc3200 or pc2700 your motherboard i don't think from what i have seen has an agp slot so you will need a PCI video card

Referring to the RAM Question:

If you have enough slots, you can stick as much RAM in there as you wish (from what I understand your motherboard has at least two). DO NOT BUY DDR2 RAM FOR THAT MOTHERBOARD. IT flat out will not work. That motherboard takes DDR 400. Also, it only supports a maximum of 2 GB of RAM, as long as you do not pass up your Max RAM limit or use all of your slots, you won't have to remove RAM when adding it.

Referring to the Video Card Question:

By installing a new [compatible] video card, your system's BIOS will automatically override it's integrated one for you. Simple plug the monitor into the new Video Card, turn it on, install your drivers, and you're good to go!

In answer to your first question about Ram? The answer is NO...

In answer to your second question the answer is Yes! Find out what kind of slots you have available I.E. "PCI" "AGP" what ever, then get the appropriate type card. Put your new card in but don't allow the computer to boot up, 1st go into the bios and disable the onboard video. Piece of cake.

yes, there is an open slot on your motherboard for ram, it will take up to a 1ghz ddr pc2700 stick or smaller

as far as the video card, yes you can , but it has to be a PCI card, that motherboard does not have an agp slot.

I work on these all the time

Video memory is thoroughly break away the device memory. you could say run a GDDR5 pics card with a motherboard that merely makes use of DDR1 devoid of any themes bearing directly to memory.

first question:you should see you mainboard user guide

see can you use ddr ram or not

and see if your mainboard supports dual channel i suggest you not to use your 128mb ram .you can buy tow 256mb

second question:yourIn your mainboard user guide see how much ram your onboard VGA support .you can change it in bios setting

and if you want to buy a VGA card look your mainboard

if it hase an AGP slot(it is like PCI slot but its color is brown)you can buy but before that read your mainboard user guide to find wich graphic card does your mainboard support.
