Being the moron that I am, I spilled some water over the top of the back area of my PC. Everything seems to be working fine, but is it really okay?

If things seem to be working fine, you should be good. Keep an eye on things, though and make sure nothing goes wrong.

id leave the pc off for at least 2 days to make sure its air dried before turning it back on. it might seem ok, but water can seriously...seriously damage a pc.

I did something similar a few weeks ago, I just wiped it off and it seemed to be okay, as long as there is no smoke or burning smell, all is well.

It should be fine. If it isn't smoking, you're good.
