Now that apple uses Intel processors. Whats to stop someone from installing OSX on a PC. Can it be done? If so. How? and how expensive would it be?

Yes there's a company called Psystar who is being sued by Apple, I don't think Apple will win though.



They sell computers with the mac o/s for much cheaper.

There is something called a Hackintosh. For it to work correctly though, you need to use specific hardware. But yes, I can be done (but it almost always breaks the terms of service of OS X).



Besides, who actually wants to make their PC a crappy Mac.... urg...
