well this is your machine specs

rather suprised this machine can take windows 7, since the you would need to get AGP graphics card which is very old these, days plus the power supply on the machine might not able to support a high power graphics card. i would advise taking this machine to to a shop to get it looked over

Look for high end AGP video card on ebay, You will need AGP with min. Directx 9 support and min 256 Mg of memory. Then Windows 7 will work but upgrade the memory and PSU too. In other words replace with new machine -- even the cheap PC will have more power than this machine. I would stay away from the new dells, they are currently making junk machines.

MATROX OR 3DLABS, i hope you have agp x8 and version 3.0 so you can get frame rates through it

Matrox Parhelia 256MB would be my suggestion, i would try to get it on ebay from a person who has many previous sales and a good response number. for 3dlabs i would look for a vp9xx card, i bought an 880 before and they are nice, but i was impressed with the image the parhelia gave me

That's an old Pentium 4 system. Most video cards you can put in it will be worth more than the computer itself.
