As I have core 2 duo processor, 2gb RAM and Asus P5G41T - MLX motherboard, and I want to buy HIS Radeon HD6450 Fan 2GB DDR3 ATI PCI E Graphic Cards (H645F2G). Will it be compatible ? Pls. help me on this ...

Well, it will work fine but dude .. If there is some big difference between 1GB and 2GB version of card, you can go for 1GB coz that card isn't a powerful one .. And 1GB is more than enough for it, unless you gotta do some 3D modeling work on it with a lots loads of high quality textures loaded up ....
If you can buy, then go for 5670HD, 5550HD, 6670HD ..

yes it will be compatible but get a 1gb gddr5 6450 if available as it will be more faster
