My computers ram usage is at around 90% or more without anything on besides google and discord. cpu and gpu average 25-30% and are fine. I used a program to check what was taking up my ram and it says nonpaged pool or something. Please help me. I have 16 gb of ram and 12 is nonpaged pool alone the rest is used in the other catagories. It feels like my computer is broken or something.

Install Linux Mint 20 Ulyana and see if the Problems still exist, I bet they won't.  I stepped away from Windows after support for Windows 7 went away, and I have not looked back.  Anything you do on Windows OS, you can do on a Linux Mint OS, the only exception being is none of the Adobe Products work, and that is Adobe's fault, as most other programs are coming over to Linux Mint because it growing in popularity so fast

Will Assume your using Windows 10.   Open TASK MANAGER.  Right Click on the Task Bar and in the pop up menu click on TASK MANAGER.

Go to the Processes Tab and click the Memory Column to move the marker (pointing down).   The Program using the most memory will be at the top of the list.

Unless you have a lot of programs running at startup (click the arrow up button on the bottom right next to speaker icon), it is possible that there is a MALWARE running on your PC.    Only Games use memory up to 90%.   Regular program such as MS Office only use memory about 15%.

Nonpaged pool is kernel memory which can't be paged out into the pagefile when Windows runs out of free physical memory. It is used by drivers to allocate memory which they need.  Open Taskmanager and see what other services may be running which can be turned off.  If you are unable to do this yourself, a good tech can help.
