This is a good thing! It looks like you had spyware at one point but don't any more.

Skip this error message and go on.

Or try this go Start->Run...-> write "msconfig" press "ENTER" ->go to StartUp upper Tab look there are many programs checked that start when computer starts uncheck all ->press OK ->Restart your computer. Or just uncheck those you know you don't need.
