Or parrallels or vmware fusion.

I found it a little idiotic for people who use it. Why did they get a Mac in the first place if they need to run Windows Apps.

Why does Mac start letting thier system be more flexible goddamn it?

The reason is im into gaming. All kinds of gaming.............and i have this Macbook Pro that wont do ssshiiiiittt!!! Its pissing me off. I dont want to have to go buy windows os.

Ive tried Crossover Games and it really is making me frustrated.

I agree with that statement. The only thing the is worthwhile in the mac is the it uses pretty good hardware, the only thing the differs between a mac and windows is the fact that a mac does not use low-end hardware, the Mac OS X operating, and the EFI (similar to a BIOS).

Take away the mac Os x and there is nothing significantly different between PC and a intel age Mac.

for one, a mac has the comparable factors that a computer does retard. and particular, in case you're working domicile windows you could play domicile windows video games. they the two use the comparable video, cpus, RAM, hdds and each little thing, how could it run extra suited. MACs are exspensive because of the fact they have a tendency to have larger end compnents, any laptop with the comparable factors will run the comparable. all a mac is a Case made by apple with severe extra suited than ave. areas and it runs OS x or what ever. a computer, with a ausus mb and 16GB ram vista 64bit, 1GB video 1tb hdd 2 quad cpus will out prform any mac and value much less hi, im a computer and that i've got 32GB ram 2cpus the two are intel quads at 3.2Ghz each and each, water cooling 4 a million tb hdds and twin 2GB video enjoying cards.

I don't find it "idiotic" at all. Mac OS is very useful for Multimedia, and Windows is very useful for gaming. Some people aren't rich enough to buy two computers. Some people like to have both on the same PC.

I use Bootcamp. I think it is great.

Why don't you just install Bootcamp onto your mac? I have and it works great for gaming.

Well, one of the main reasons is that Apple makes almost all of their money from hardware sales, not software sales. If they can get even a small fraction larger of customers by supporting Windows, it is better for them. Also, why would *you* buy a Mac if all you do is play games?

No because Mac is easier to use for inexperienced people but it you get Windows then you can play more games.

Why did you buy XP you can download a legal version of the new windows 7 here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/download.aspx

You need to answer this question. If you think is idiotic for people to use a mac, why did you buy one???. Well if you want to get windows, get a windows xp copy and install it using bootcamp.

people like to own a Mac for various reasons, most notably because they think they are being cool by owning one. I myself am not a Mac fan for the reason you mentioned above. I like games, and games on Mac are a bit of an oxymoron.

if I wanted a mac pro desktop for gaming it would cost me around $3500-$4500 with a decent 4870 GPU card then have to buy windows lol

But am a PC and will aways be and built a screaming I7 920 overclock at 7.0GT's using a v8 cpu cooler on a foxconn x58 bloodstorm motherboard with six gigs of G-SKILL RAM 1600MHZ and a ATI 4890 GPU Card,2x tarabytes in raid 0, corsair 850tx, IN a COOLERMASTER HAF 932 CASE.

for $1800USD I SWEAR I ASKED IT TO MERRY ME LAST NITE AND IT BEEB
