Data bus bus is bi-directional and use for changing data between CPU (central processor unit) and devices connected to hem. Data flow from devices and to devices. This controlled CPU with Address bus and control bus.

The bus is made of three seperate parts - the data, control, and address busses. Each one of these is bi-directional.

If it's what I think it is then yes. If it's the front side bus it has to comunicate between the memory and the processor. Then again most data in today's computers are duplex.
