Steve wozniak built the first personal computer, the apple I, that used a microprocessor in 1975, the same year as the microsoft altair. The altair cost over $1000 and did less than the Apple I, which cos $666.66 (no relation to Satan). read the book iwoz. it's about steve wozniak and how he invented the first pc the co-founded apple.

The first real computer was by Charles Babbage, known as the

"computing engine", a system of numerical gears in 1822.

Now if you're discussion pertains to modern computers, it was

during World War II, at Bletchey Park in the UK, and you can read

it here:

However, if your discussion is about the history of the first handheld

computer, then follow this timeline:

Technically the Altair, although it had 256 BYTES of memory, was the first PC. However The first computer perse would be the ENIAC, it was 2 stories high lol. Just search either of those for more information

you buy all the parts separately at a store and then just put them together. Gaming computers use the most recent and powerful hardware so it will be expensive. You also need software and you need to make sure everything is compatible. Go to a website that teaches you how to build one step by step because it is complicated.

Charles Babbage is often called the "father of computing" for his detailed plans for mechanical Calculating Engines, both the table-making Difference Engines (1821) and the far more ambitious Analytical Engines (1837), which were flexible and powerful, punched-card controlled general purpose calculators, embodying many features which later reappeared in the modern computer.
