Should be good enough, but perhaps a little close to the limits of the PSU for comfort. Replace it with something a little bigger, perhaps a 450W unit as a minimum, 550W is probably a bit overkill and anything bigger is just wasting your money for something fancy that you will never use to its full potential.

Honestly, your ok with a 350, the only extra that your using is the video card and the 2nd case fan. Your speakers are powered aren't they? Ideally if I were rebuilding this same computer or bumping it up a notch or two I'd upgrade to a 480 watt power supply. I threw away a 6 month old Mag 800 monitor years ago because I thought it had went belly up and come to find out it was my power supply. Was weird how I found out it was the power supply after I'd threw the monitor in a hammer throw fashion at the county refuse, lol Hate it when things like that happen. Doing some extra research on rebuilds I came up with a scale for power supply wattage and I have also seen some on the web! Hope it helped.

seek all aspects upload up the max wattage use or see what sort of potential grant the require. imo the 750 could be a lot. or perhaps once you're applying a 1100 potential grant and your aspects maxed out dissipate 700watt you're able to under no circumstances max out the 1100wat potential grant and it may be as valuable as a 750 grant

yup...you just make it the 8400 video card pretty much determines what PSU you need
